Silliman goes Frankahan!
Another big thing to be proud of, guys! 3 Silliman Debaters will once again strut their stuff in national event, and this time, it will be on a Television show.
Political Science students, Clyde Gregorio and Micah Dagaerag, and Medical Technology freshman, Theresa Amor will be representing Silliman University on ANC 21’s Frankahan: The Franklin Drilon Debates on December 17, 2008.

Square Off: Frankahan – The Drilon Debates is a television debate program broadcast on the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC). It broadcasts every Wednesday at 8:00 pm PST, with replays throughout the week. The show is hosted by Twink Macaraig and is primarily sponsored by the Philippine Graphic.
Most participants in Square Off are college-level debaters from various universities around the Philippines debating on important socio-political issues dominating the Philippine landscape. However, some episodes had politicians, civil servants or other influential figures participate in the debates debating on the same issues.
So, to all Sillimanians out there, reserve this date, December 17, 2008 at 8 pm. This is the very least to show our support for them.
